"When will my order be shipped?"

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays, do not begin processing time until the next business day.

"My order says delivered, but I haven't received anything. Please advise?"

Once packages have left out for delivery and is in the hands of USPS we have no control of the package. In most cases, USPS has marked the package delivered before it has actually been delivered and customers receive their package later in the day or the next day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not trying to be redelivered by USPS. Affiliates US is not responsible for lost, stolen, an incorrect address, or misplaced packages. 

"I received a different item or size than the item I ordered. How can this be corrected?"

If customers are shipped a different item or incorrect size, the item must be returned and we will make sure to send the correct item. Please email us at affiliatesnyc@gmail.com or directly message us on Instagram @Affiliates.US to resolve this minor issue.
