Shipping policy

HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING WORK?
At Affiliates US we ship after your order is processed. Which typically takes 1-3 business days after order is placed. Please allow at least 10-15 business days for our "AF BXNNED DOG SHIRT" to ship. Timing on the shipping is responsible depending on what type of shipping was chosen during checkout. As soon as orders are received by vendors (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc), it is out of our control. Shipping usually takes 2-5 days on domestic orders and international shipping depends on the circumstances of shipping.
ISSUES WITH SHIPPING AND MISSING ORDERS FAQ
1. If an issue occurs with shipping, Affiliates US cannot do much for you unless it is a fault of ours. All NON-ROUTE shipping issues can be discussed by contacting Affiliates US at info@afclub.co or on Instagram @Affiliates.us. Affiliates US would like to remind that shipping issues can easily be resolved by using ROUTE.
2. If an issue occurs with shipping and the order has ROUTE insurance, then it is advised to contact ROUTE. They handle everything from re-ordering the same order and refunds for missing items.
